MetaChase provides staffing, recruitment, and Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) services. We act as a bridge connecting candidates with potential employers. We do not guarantee that your use of our service will result in a job placement or that any specific position will be filled.

       3. User Obligations

  • For Candidates: You agree that all information provided in your resume, portfolio, and communication is accurate, current, and true. You agree not to impersonate any person or entity.
  • For Clients: You agree to provide accurate descriptions of job requirements and to treat candidates sourced through MetaChase in accordance with all applicable labor laws.
  1. Intellectual Property

The site and its original content, features, and functionality (including the MetaChase logo and “Elixir to your Search” & “AI-Powered Precision. Human-Led Partnership” tagline) are owned by MetaChase and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

  1. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall MetaChase, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

  1. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of High Court of Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
